General Policy Statement
It is the policy of WelTech Engineering Limited to:
• Safeguard the Safety and Health of all its employees while at work, and to
provide so far as is reasonably practicable, working environments which
are safe and without risks to health.
• Conduct its undertakings in such a way as to ensure, so far as is resonably
practicable, that people not in its employment but who may be affected,
are not exposed to risk of the health and safety.
• Recognize its obligations to meet all relevant legistlative requirements
pertaining to health and safety, which apply to any undertakings of the
organization.
• Organize and arrange its affairs to ensure compliance with the policy.

WT prohibits the offer/gift/acceptance of bribe in any form including kickbacks, on any
portion of a contract payment, or the use of other routes or channels to portion of a
contract payment, or the use of other routs or channels to provide improper benefits to
customers, agents contractors, suppliers, or employees of any such party or government
officials.
WT fully support the government’s policy on ant corruption and ant bribery and is against all
fraudulent practice in any procurement process.
WT provides a secure and accessible channel through which employees and others feel free
raise concerns and report violations in confidande and without risk of reprisal and
guaranteed confidentiality.
WT Conduct annually training on which every employee is required to sign off abidance and
adherence on company code of conduct policy.
Safety Policy Operation
In carrying out the General Policy Statement, it is the practice of WT to:
• Maintain an active interest in the implementation of the Company Policy
for Health and Safety by business units to ensure that all levels of
management carry out their duties in this respect.
• Ensure that the managerial responsibility and accountability for the health
and safety of its employees, and for the others that may be affected by its
operations, is specified in writing.
• Ensure that appropriate safety training and instruction is provided, and
that accident prevention is included in all relevant training programs.
• Sustain an awareness of the need to prevent accidents and risks to health
in the minds of all employees.
• Take into account when planning its work, any aspects which may help to
eliminate injury, industrial disease, pollution and waste.
• Encourage the discussion of health and safety matters at all levels,
including the setting up of arrangements for joint consultations with
employees through their appointed safety representatives as required by
the Health and Safety Regulations
